“In my opinion, the hotel stands out for its Basque-focused cuisine and the rare luxury of extensive gardens and terraces within the city. bus stop excellent lobby breakfast choice expensive loading closed restaurant poor support
the hotel included a bus stop right outside, so moving around was simple. the lobby was excellent, I appreciated its spacious design. breakfast included a good choice of items, it was nice to start the day.
i found the electric car loading very expensive. the restaurant at the swimming pool was closed. i had trouble when i lost a part of our luggage, the staff seemed more concerned about procedures than my problem.

Average Stay, Some Issues Noted
poor soundproofing insufficient hooks
I experienced some issues . The main problem was the poor soundproofing. Noise from other rooms and the hallway disrupted my sleep. i found the lack of sufficient towel hooks in the bathroom inconvenient. There was nowhere to hang wet towels. These small issues detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay, sadly.

A Solid Stay Near the Beach
good size calm atmosphere open spaces car parking
The size of the room was good. Shower had good power. The breakfast included many choices. The pool was a very good size. The hotel had a calm atmosphere. All the ground floor public spaces were well presented. I liked modern open spaces. Car parking was convenient.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel includes a gym nearby. Its use requires an extra fee. There is also a pool of decent size available for swimming during the summer months. The car park is below the hotel.
Dining
8/10
Breakfast includes many options. I noticed a range of pastries. There was eggs and bacon too. The hotel bar has many tables. I did see guests order cocktails in the evening.
Rooms
9/10
The rooms provide air conditioning. Rooms also include comfortable beds. The hotel keeps rooms spotlessly clean every day. One week stays include one bed change. That was very nice.
Location
8/10
The hotel is not far from the town center. It is within walking distance. The beach is a five minute walk. There are also restaurants nearby. Parking is available, but careful where you park.
